Thank you!
Thank you for considering Neurokin as your neurological care provider. We'll contact you as soon as we're in network with your insurance company.
The name “Neurokin” refers to groups of people who share similar neurological & cognitive experiences. Neurokin was established with the mission to bring empathy, understanding, and evidence-based care to adults across the neurodiversity spectrum, supporting those with a range of neurological and cognitive conditions.
At Neurokin, we take the time to truly listen. Our approach looks at the whole person—cognitive, emotional, psychological, socioeconomic, and cultural factors—to ensure we reach an accurate diagnosis and provide meaningful support. Our advanced training, education, and specialized certifications allow us to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care focused on achieving the best outcomes for you.
Neurokin is now a private pay practice and is no longer in-network with most insurance providers. However, we understand that navigating care and coverage can be complex.
If you have out-of-network benefits, we will help you get reimbursed for our services. Simply complete this form, and our team will review your insurance information and let you know what coverage is available.
If you do not have out-of-network benefits, we offer flexible payment options to ensure you still receive the high-quality care you deserve.
Our practitioners are certified to evaluate and deliver the best treatment for your condition.
Get an accurate diagnosis for your condition, the first time. No more cognitive guesswork or feeling unheard.
We’re here to make you more comfortable and improve your day-to-day cognitive function.
We see neurodiversity as a strength for humanity. We want to support treatment for your neurodivergence without shame, stigma, or stifling the parts of your mind that make you, you.
For adults with ADHD, we want you to see that your mind is not a deviation from the “norm”. We also empower all patients to learn more and to understand their conditions, such as dementia and headaches.
Our ethics are what drove us to build a practice of compassionate care. Our goal is not to profit from patients but to support, empower, and nurture them through excellence and integrity in care.
